Eagles Welcome Six to the Heights

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – On the heels of the program's 12th berth in the NCAA tournament, the Boston College women's hockey team has announced six newcomers ahead of the 2021-22 season. Head coach Katie Crowley, who will return for her 15th season behind the bench, announced the additions on Tuesday.
"I'm excited about this year's incoming class," said Crowley. "They're a hard-working, talented group of players who are ready to leave their mark on Boston College hockey. Not only are they great hockey players, but they are great people with high character that will wear the jersey with tremendous pride."
There are four forwards and two blue liners among the newcomers.

 Played her club hockey for the Boston Jr. Eagles for the last three seasons, making a national championship appearance in 2019 … played four seasons of varsity hockey at Deerfield, serving as an alternate captain as a senior … earned NEPSAC Honorable Mention honors in 2019-20 and was a two-time member of the Watkins Invitational All-Tournament Team … also played club hockey for Assabet Valley (2013-18), winning three state titles and making one national championship …. Attended USA Hockey National Development Camp in 2018 … also played varsity volleyball and softball at Deerfield and was a three-time member of the Honor Roll … brother Brian plays hockey at Worcester State.

Played her club hockey for the Bay State Breakers, winning a national championship in 2018 … played two years of hockey and field hockey at Milton Academy … two-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic honoree in hockey … also named All-ISL Honorable Mention … earned the Coaches Award both seasons at Milton … prior to Milton, spent three years at Duxbury High School and helped the team to two state tournament appearances.

Most recently skated for the Bay State Breakers and Tabor Academy … skated in three national tournaments with the Breakers … captained the 2020-21 Tabor squad … was named First Team All-NEPSAC in 2019-20 after recording 44 points on 23 goals and 21 assists in 26 games and was Second Team All-NEPSAC as a sophomore … two-time Taft Tournament champion with the Seawolves (2019, 2020) … skated for Team Atlantic at the 2019 National Women's Under-18 Championship … was invited to last summer's Hockey Canada National Women's Under-18 Team virtual summer camp and was one of 23 NextGen athletes invited to the 2021 iteration of the camp … also played soccer, softball and lacrosse at Tabor … brother Alex played two years of hockey at Boston College (2019-21) and is now with the Colorado Avalanche (NHL)
